Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) alduts; (2) selective operation of total joint arthroplasty,unicompartmental knee arthroplasty, hemiarthroplasty, revision total joint arthroplasty; (3) administered with rivaroxaban after the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) allergic to rivaroxaban or any pharmaceutical excipients in the tablets; (2) active bleeding; (3) high risk of major bleeding; (4) liver disease with disturbance of coagulation including Child Pugh B and C hepatocirrhosis; (5) pregnant and lactating women; (6) combined administration with drugs that affect rivaroxaban metabolism; (7) can not or do not want to cooperate with the study; (8) premature withdrawl of rivaroxaban.
