18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Normal group: 1. Aged at least 18 years; 2. Agree to attend this study andsign informed consent. POP group or SUI group: 1. Aged at least 18 years; 2. Past history or symptoms of urinary incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse; 3. Agree to attend this study andsign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pelvic mass >3cm detected with conventional ultrasound; 2. enable to compete the research; 3. past pelvic surgical history; 4. hormone use in 3 months, or having diseases including nervous system diseases, rtauma history of lumbosacral region, connective diseases, urinary infection and obesity (BMI>28kg/m).
