46 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 46-75years, BMI 20-28kg/m2, Cardiac function classification I-II. Patients with a history of respiratory or pulmonary disease, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, hypertension, bradycardia, arrhythmia, electrolyte disturbances, neuropsychiatric disorders, neuromuscular diseases and food and drug allergy were excluded.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient refused to sign a consent form, history of lung infection or fever in the last month, high blood pressure, Coronary heart disease, Liver and kidney dysfunction.
