Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CTCs test results were positive in 18-75 years old patients with pathologically confirmed breast cancer; 2. Peripheral blood was collected at the time of acquisition; 3. CTC was isolated from peripheral blood of patients, and the expression of CTCs and BRCA1 were analyzed; 4. Data analysis for all patients, to understand the correlation between CTCs count, typing and BRCA1 gene expression and the baseline characteristics of patients, and to understand the correlation between BRCA1 gene expression and the efficacy of platinum in CTCs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CTC test results negative patients; 2. Patients without collecting peripheral blood at the time point.
