18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) there was a history of hepatitis B or HBsAg positive for more than 6 months; (2) diagnosis of liver cirrhosis; (3) aged 18 ~ 65 years old; (4) no use of antibiotics and intestinal flora in the near 4w; (5) the patients or their guardians agreed to participate in a randomized controlled trial and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) with liver cancer; (2) acute and chronic hepatitis not caused by HBV infection; (3) with diabetes mellitus; (4) Suffering from severe underlying diseases, including chronic respiratory failure, circulatory failure, renal failure and so on; (5) Orthotopic organ transplantation (such as liver, kidney, lung, heart) or bone marrow transplantation and stem cell transplantation; (7)Immune deficiency patients, such as HIV infection; (8) the use of antibiotics and intestinal flora in the near 4w; (9) the researchers think that the other situation is not suitable for the group
