20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 20 years; 2. Clear diagnosis of heart failure by clinical examination; 3. After long time of optimal drug therapy, NYHA class II-III, and expected to survive more than 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Less than 40 days from myocardial infarction occurred; 2. Haved history of cardiac arrest,ventricular fibrillation,ventricular tachycardia with hemodynamic instability; 3. Coronary Revascularization by CABG or PCI within 2 months; 4. Women in childbear age who use contraceptives; 5. Combined with severe cerebrovascular disease; 6. Combined with the situation which increased mortality in patients; 7. Participate in other clinical trials.
