Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 years and more; (2) Open anterior chamber angle; (3) Morphological change in the optic nerve head; (4) Visual field defects corresponding to damaged areas of the RNFL; (5) No other eye diseases and systemic diseases to cause morphological change in the optic nerve head and visual field defects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of glaucoma surgery or other eye surgery; (2) Secondary causes of glaucoma; (3) Best corrected visual acuity=0.1; (4) Penetrating injury of eyeball or severe ocular blunt trauma; (5) Inability to use the Icare Home device; (6) Inability to provide informed consent.
