3 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Arthritis or enthesitis with at least two of the following: 1. Sacroiliac joint tenderness and/or inflammatory spinal pain; 2. Presence of HLA-B27; 3. Onset of arthritis in a male over 6 years of age; 4. AAU; 5. Family history in at least one first degree relative of ankylosing spondylitis, ERA, sacroiliitis with IBD, reactive arthritis, or AAU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Psoriasis or a history of psoriasis in the patient or a first-degree relative; 2. Presence of IgM RF on at least two occasions at least 3months apart; 3. Systemic JIA in the patient.
