18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 years old and more; 2. diagnosed with primary IgA nephropathy by renal biopsy; 3. follow up duration more than 6 months; 4. estimated glomerular filtration rate with EPI equation(eGFR-EPI)=15ml/min.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with systemic diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP), chronic hepatic disease, etc.; 2. complicated with severe heart disease (NYHA classification III-IV); 3. diabetes patients with poor control; 4. patients with severe hepatic disease (GPT or GOT continuously above twice of the normal range) or with detectable HBV-DNA.
