Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with pathological or cytological diagnosis of malignant tumor, there are pathological or cytological diagnosis of bone metastases; 2. more than 2 imaging examination confirmed bone metastases, need to have more than two (including two) deputy director of physicians above (including deputy chief physician) of the experts confirmed. A evaluation of lesions, CT or MRI scan is greater than the maximum diameter of the lesions were more than 1cm, MRI can evaluate the bone metastasis; 3. in recent 3 months, the bone lesion without radiotherapy; 4. aged 18~75 years; 5. ECOG score: 0~2 score; 6. expected to survive more than 3 months; 7. the blood routine, liver and kidney function, ECG is normal; 8. non - vascular system disease, autoimmune disease, vasculitis, severe infection, diabetes and other diseases; 9. to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with bone metastases from bone and soft tissue tumors
