Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed as non valvular atrial fibrillation in hospital or outpatient department of Cardiology in our hospital. (Diagnostic criteria for atrial fibrillation: ECG or Holter showed P wave disappeared, replaced by absolute amplitude, shape, spacing of irregular "f" wave, and the HR is between 350-600 bpm, and the QRS waveform is in the room type, and the R-R interval is absolutely irregular.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Over 80 years of age; with severe arrhythmia: including sick sinus syndrome, paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia, reverse ventricular tachycardia; severe heart failure, cardiac function grade 4, with a history of myocardial infarction in the past 3 months; with severe infection; the disorder of hypoxia and electrolyte is unable to correct; with other serious diseases of liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and so on; atrial fibrillation is secondary to heart valve disease.
