Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease; 2. Patients with "Probale Alzheimer's disease" as defined by the National Institute of Neurological and Communicative Disorders and Stroke/Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Association (NINCDS-ADRDA); 3. Healthy subjects selected in the community with a similar gender and age range of those in (A) and (B); 4. Age > 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor retinal images quality that cannot be used in the analysis; 2. Subjects with other eye disease which are not suitable for retinal imaging, such as severe cataract, glaucoma, atretopsia, corneal plague; 3. Written consents are not granted by subjects' guardians or subjects.
