35 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 35-45 years old; 2. Intent to achieve natural pregnancy in the following year; 3. Regular menstrual cycle; 4. Accept rugular follow-up; 5. Consent to the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Irregular menstrual cycle; (2) Uterus malformation or uteral cavity adhesiion; (3) Edometriosis or teratoma, history of ovarian surgery; (4) Bilateral oviducts ligation or Bilateral oviducts obstruction revealed by HSG, and history of other oviduct surgery; (5) Autoimmune diseases, SLE et al.; (6) Thyroid disease; (7) History of malignant tumor or chemotherapy and radiotherapy; (8) Other major diseases.
