Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: zygotes from the patients of PGD/PGS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded for the following reasons: Severe hydrosalpinx, advanced endometriosis (Stage III to IV), uterine adhesion, unresponsive thin endometrium, myoma or adenomyosis adjacent to uterine cavity.
