22 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PCOS group: 1. Oligo or anovulation; 2. Clinical and/or biochemical signs of hyperandrogenism; 3. Polycysticovaries 4.2 out of 3 Control group: Normal females do physical examination in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: It is important to exclude other disorders with a similar clinical presentation,such as congenital adrenal hyperplasia,Cushings syndrome,and androgen-secreting tumors. No digestive system disorders. No drugs in the past three months.
