Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of patients with IBD: 1) Aged 18-65 years old; 2) Diagnosis of CD or UC must be based on the combine assessment of clinical manifestation, physical examination, laboratory examination, imaging study, esophagogastroduodenoscopy and pathology examination; 3) patients agree to and sign the information contact. 2. Inclusion criteria of healthy control: 1) Aged 18-65 years old; 2) healthy must not meet the Rome IV criteria of IBS through ROME IV DIAGNOSTIC QUESTIONNAIRE FOR ADULTS IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME MODULE; 3) patients agree to and sign the information contact.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. indeterminate colitis; 2. pregancy; 3. long-term alcoholic and/or drug dependence; 4. previous history of mental disease and/or emotional disturbance; 5. previous history of severe or chronic cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, reproductive, endocrine, nervous, skeletal, muscular system disease; 5. patients refuse to sign information contact.
