Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are diagnosed chronic constipation according to the Rome III criteria; 2. Patients could be considered including pelvic floor special examina-tion (Defecography, Slow transit constipation and Anorectal manome-try); 3. Patients also should accept this research treatment method.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Does not meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. Could not sign the informed consent form; 3. Patients with Inflammatory bowel disease, Congenital malformation of anus and rectum, neurogenic disease (spinal injury, Multiple sclerosis, spina bifida, Parkinson's disease); 4. Patients who have symptoms according to significant psychological factors and uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia and diabetes.
