18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For normal subjects: 1. IOP<21mmHg; 2. open anterior chamber angle; 3. normal fundus and normal visual fields. For POAG diagnosis: 1. open anteiror chamber angle; 2. Reliable and reproducible visual field abormalities (at least twice); 3. optic disc or retinal fiber layer structure abnormalities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. aged 60 years; 2. A history of intraocular disease or systemic disease; 3. A history of ocular or refractive surgery; 4. Neurologic diseases that could affect the visual field.
