Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hypertension patients with left ventricular remodeling and healthy volunteers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) older than 80 years of age or less than 18 years old; 2) evere Heart Diseases or Brain Vessels Diseases patient; 3) severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; 4) pregnant women and nursing mothers ; 5) History of malignancy; 6) Autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus; 7) volunteers who are reluctant to participate in this trial.
