18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged eighteen years old to sixty five years old, volunteer to join the study,can understand and sign the informed consent form; 2. patients who have being treated with nucleoside analogues or treated with nucleoside analogues previously,or have strong desires to acquire anti-HBs seroconversion; 3. serum requirements: HBsAg positive more than six months, HBeAg negative, HBsAg=the lower limits of normal, albumin>35g/L; 5. women who have urine pregnancy tests negative, have no plan to pregnant the next eighteen months; 6. have conditons that can store drugs in low temperature (2~8 degree C); 7. patients who have being treated with PEG-IFN, and agree to join the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. women who already pregnant,are in sucking peroid and have a plan to pregnant; 2. patients who have treated with strong immunumodulator for more than 2 weeks before treatment; 3. patients who have treated with drugs those are hepatotoxicity for more than 2 weeks; 4. hapatic cirrhosis and hapatocelluar carcinoma; 5. coinfected with other virus:such as HAV/HCV/HDV; 6. have other liver diseases,including chronic alcoholic hepatitis,drugs induced hepatiits,autoimmune hepatitis; 7. neuropsychopathy:depressed,anxiety,Schizophrenia ...and have a family history of neuropsychopathy; 8. have a acute infectious disease,and chronic infectious diseases uncured that researchers think it is not suitable to join the study; 9. autoimmune disease,including psoriasis and systemic lupus erythematosus; 10. other systematic serious diseases:cancer organ transplantation ,liver and kidney dysfunction and so on ; 11. drugs habit,including alcoholic intake ; 12. serious drug allergy,including IFN; 13. disagree to join the study and sign the informed consent;can not obey the rules; 14. researchers judge that patients can not join the study.
