Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. met the criteria for breast conservation but refused BCS or radiotherapy after surgery; 2. did not meet the criteria for BCS (e.g.extensiveintraductalcancer or presence of multicentric tumors) and had no indication of skin, NAC, or pectoralis muscle infiltration; 3. had no indication of axillary lymph nodemetastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. nipple dischargeor nipple Paget's disease; 2. distant metastasis; 3. positive surgical margins below NAC identified through intraoperative frozen section analysis.
