Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy male and female, aged 18-40 years (including boundary value); subjects body mass index (BMI) 19-26 (including boundary value); subjects are able to read and understand the contents of the informed consent, and sign the informed consent before any research related operations; subjects are not taken any other drugs one weeks before the test and not take paticipate in other clinic trials; colorectal cancer patients do not recieve chemoradiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unhealthy volunteers; subjects are taken other drugs one weeks before the test and take paticipate in other clinic trials; female subjects are in the menstrual period; colorectal cancer patients do not recieve chemoradiotherapy.
