50 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50-65 years of age; 2. no contradictions to MRI, such as history of cardiac pacemaker implantation, metal implants in the body, severe hepatic, renal insufficiency or heart failure; 3. no vascular lesion in the critical parts and less than 3 vascular lesions >1cm in the parts in the non-critical parts; 4. agree to take the peripheral blood collection for the ApoE gene detection; 5. having signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. subjects with previous stroke; 2. with dementia; 3. other CNS diseases that affect cognition such as tumor,intracranial infection, demyelinating diseases or degenerative diseases; 4. subjects with anxiety or depression; 5. left handed;6.taking the drugs that affect cognitive function.
