Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To investigate the distribution of different CTC types in CTCs; 2. To study the expression of CTGF in different CTC types; 3. To analyse the correlation of the expression of CTGF in CTC types and the clinicopathological feature; 4. To analyse the correlation of the expression of CTGF in CTC types and the treatment; 5. To analyse the correlation of the expression of CTGF in CTC types and the prognosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who are untreatable by surgery or disagree with the chemotherapy.
