15 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gustilo-Anderson IIIC / IIIB / selected IIIA type lower limb open fracture; 2. knee dislocations or closed tibial fractures associated with vascular injuries; 3. major ST injuries; 4. severe foot / ankle injuries (open pilon, type IIIB ankle).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. GCS < 15 day 21; 2. Third degree burns; 3. Spinal cord deficit.
