40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 40 and 70,with at least one VRF; 2. no MR contradiction,including history of cardiac pacemaker implantation,in vivo metal implants, severe liver and kidney lung and cardiac insufficiency; 3. Cranial MRI showed key parts without vascular lesions, non-critical parts of vascular lesions > LCM vascular lesions 3 or less; 4. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a history of stroke and the positive sign of nervous system symptoms; 2. exclude other diseases of the central nervous system, such as brain tumors, intracranial infection, demyelinating disease and nervous system degenerative disease.
