Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients submitted in endocrinology department of fujian medical university union hospital since December 2015 to Sep 2016 were divided into group of macroangiopathy and group of non macroangiopathy, according to whether there is combined diabetic macroangiopathy. The control group were healthy patients in outpatient from the same time period. At least 20 people in each group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diabetic ketoacidosis, hypertonic coma acute complications, etc.; Patients with acute and chronic infection; Acute heart, liver, gastrointestinal tract, the kidneys and cerebrovascular lesions; Recent severe trauma, surgery; Patients with malignant tumor, clinical connective tissue disease.
