Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inpatients of type 2 diebetes are selected in the department of endocrinology in Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from 2016.01 to 2016.06. The patients are diagnosed according to diagnostic criteria of WHO in 1999, 18 years or older, stable standard treatment with antiglycemic agents, and all patients are screened for diabetic nephropathy and neuropathy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion of patients as follows: kidney transplantation, non diabetic nephropathy kidney disease, cervical vertebra and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, with unstable conditions (acute cerebrovascular events, acute coronary events, transaminase > 2 times higher, serum potassium >5.5mmol/L, and acute infection disease), malignant tumor, limb trauma, chronic rheumatic disease, thyroid function abnormalities, and pregnant women.
