18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18~70 years; 2. Inspection of Gastroendoscope and biopsy; 3. RUT (+) and UBT (+) confirmed the Hp infection and indication for Hp eradication; 4. Patients with Hp associated gastritis; 5. First time to received Hp eradication therapy; 6. Voluntary participation and sign a consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously received of hp eradication therapy; 2. The merger of GERD; 3. Allergic to esomeprazole, Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin; 4. Used of antibiotics, probiotics, bismuth, NSAIDs drugs in one month; 5. Used of the PPI, H2RA in two weeks; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Have a story of gastrointestinal operation; 8. Patients with pyloric obstruction; 9. A history of alcoholism or drug abuse history; 10. With servere heart, lung, liver kidney dysfunction and patients with malignant tumors.
