60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective surgical patients for gastrointestinal operation (for example, gastric cancer surgery, colorectral surgery); 2. Predicted duration of surgery>=60 min, aged 65-80 years; 3. Confirmed history of hypertension; 4. Non-nephrotic related surgery beyond 3 months; 5. Ejection fraction >50%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. NSAIDs intake within latest 1 month; 2. Heart failure within 2 months; 3. Myocardial infarction within 1 month; 4. Severe pulmonary fuction insufficiency; 5. Intermediate to severe pulmonary hypertension; 6. Chronic kidney diseases or renal dysfunction.
