20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male of female, aged from 20 to 60; Normal group: no alcohol dependence medical history, equivalent amount of ethanol 80g/d), no drinking in nearly 2 weeks, no significant Liver dysfunction or severe diseases; Case group: meeting the diagnostic criteria of the research program; Subjects must sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects have been participate in other clinical studies or infected before this study within 4 weeks; Subjects take part in other studies during this study; Age 60 years old; Gravida or lactating female; Subjects with history of hypoglycemic syncope, blood phobia; Subjects with severe complications of liver diseases, such as spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome, hepatomyocardosis, hepatopulmonary syndrome, hepatic failure and the like; Subjects with other severe systemic diseases, such as AIDS, cephalomeningitis, myocardial infarct, renal failure, hemorrhage of digestive tract and the like; Subjects with neurological or psychiatric diseases, such as paralysis agitans and major depressive disorder; Researchers exclude subjects from this study with other reasons.
