25 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases group: 1. Diagnosed as colorectal cancer by colonoscopy biopsy; 2. to obtain informed consent; 3. ASA Class I-II; 4. First discovered without any treatment and surgical indications; Control group: Chinese healthy subjects without heart, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal, and nervous system and other chronic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cannot be informed consent; 2. Patients with severe heart, lung, kidney, brain and blood disease; 3. Patients with severe psychosis (such as Depression, mania, seizures, schizophrenia).
