Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) experimental group must be in accordance with diagnostic criteria: NBT positive rate <5%; respiratory burst of neutrophils: NOI <2; gene analysis: CYBB, CYBA, NCF1, NCF2, NCF4 gene mutation; 2) control group: choose healthy children who match with experimental group; 3) Informed consent has been accepted; 4) Experimental 1: Staphylococcus aureus infection CGD patients and healthy ones are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are suffering sever primary cardiovascular diseases, pneumonopathy, hepatic disease, kidney disease, hematological system diseases or other sever diseases which do harm to livessuch as cancer?HIV and so on; 2) handicapped (blind, deaf, dumb, dysgnosia), mental patients; 3) Patients who complicate or decrease possibility of entering the group or change place frequently accroding to the judgement of researcher.
