Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients with pulmonary hypertension were divided into 3 groups according to different conditions: 1. stable and satisfactory group: n = 20 (no clinical manifestations of right ventricular failure, non syncope and heart function was stable in grade I to II, 6MWT>500m, BNP2.5L/ (min*?)); 2. stable but not satisfied group: n=20 (stable condition, but did not reach the state of the patient and physician satisfaction, and some indicators did not meet the above stability and satisfactory standards); 3. instability and deterioration group:n = 20 (right ventricular failure, deterioration o WHO cardiac function. 6MWT180pg/ml or NT-proBNP>1500pg/ml, pericardial effusion, right atrial pressure >15mmHg, CI<2.0L/ (min*m^2, edema aggravated, an increase in the number of syncope, frequent hemoptysis and ventricular arrhythmia).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Combining basic diseases which influenced the count of CECs, such as hypertension, atherosclerosis, tumor, thrombosis, renal disease, and so on.
