Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) older than 18 years old; 2) Chinese native speaker or has Chinese reading ability; 3) agree to participate in the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) never involved in orthopedic surgery; 2) retired surgeons; 3) severe psychological disease.
