Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married 65 year old woman; Lived more than 1 year in this region; Signed a consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All the subjects under any circumstances shall not be included in this study: Pregnant women; Having a history of hysterectomy; Having a history of cervical and vaginal lesions treatment; Other malignant tumor patients; Blood system, digestive system disease; Having used B vitamins nearly three months.
