Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The AL diagnosis has been conformed to the seventh edition Practical Pediatrics; 2. The age has ranged from 7 to 14 years old;These patients have the ability of language comprehension,who can understand the questions in questionnaires; 3. The patients during lumbar puncture have no serious complications, who are in stable stage; 4. The patients and their parents have signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are suffering from mental illness and cognitive impairment; 2. Patients who have combined with severe cardiopulmonary?cerebral dysfunction and other serious complications.
