Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with upper gastrointestinal symptoms to our hospital for gastroscopy, their 14c -urea breath test and rapid urease test under gastroscope are Hp (+), and they also should meet the following conditions: (1) four weeks did not use proton pump inhibitors (PPI), H2 receptor antagonist, bismuth agent and antibiotics; (2) no relevant drug allergy history; (3) no complications such as digestive tract hemorrhage and pyloric obstruction, and perforation; (4) no history of gastrointestinal surgery; (5) no serious heart, lung, liver and renal insufficiency; (6) not the lactating women and pregnant women; (7) excluded cancer lesions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) used proton pump inhibitors in four weeks (PPI), H2 receptor antagonist, bismuth agent or antibiotics; (2) have relevant drug allergy history; (3) have complications such as digestive tract hemorrhage and pyloric obstruction, and perforation; (4) have history of gastrointestinal surgery; (5) serious heart, lung, liver and renal insufficiency; (6) the lactating women and pregnant women; (7) cancer patients.
