Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASD group: children age 2-18 years old, meeting the diagnostic criteria of the American diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders Fifth Edition (DSM-V). CON group: healthy people

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASD group-Comorbidity with other developmental disorders, acute/chronic infectious diseases, unwiling to participant in study. CON group-no diseases
