Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All IVF patients in study group and control group in this study were 22~35 years old, BMI being 18-23 kg/m2, menstrual regularity, 26-33 days period, and endometrium thickness with 8~14mm on the late proliferation phase detected by BUS in the nature menstrual cycle. No less than three cycle and six high quality embryos were transferred in total for every subject in study group who had been through at least three cycle IVF-embryo transfer failures. A good ovary reserve (FSH less than 8 mIU/ml, 5~12 antral follicle count per ovary), a good response to hormonal stimulation (more than eight oocytes/oocyte retrieval), a normal uterine cavity without intrauterine adhesion confirmed by hysteroscopy were required for all subjects of RIF-IVF in this study. Acquired infertile patients with fallopian tube obstruction at least one normal pregnancy and/or delivery were recruited in control group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patients with had hydrosalpinx, myoma of uterus, endometrial polyps, tuberculosis and inflammation, endometriosis, or PCOS was excluded. The patients had been screened for other cause such as karyotypic abnormalities and other inherited diseases, thyroid function abnormality, prolactinoma and other endocrine disease. The subjects were instructed not to use hormone therapy during the research cycle.
