Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Consistent with chronic hepatitis B / hepatitis C diagnostic criteria and indications for interferon therapy (Refer to "chronic hepatitis B prevention and treatment guidelines 2005" and "Chronic hepatitis C antiviral therapy expert consensus 2009" and "Viral hepatitis prevention and treatment programs.2000"); 2. Aged 18-60 years old, male and female; 3. Not received other antiviral therapy 3 months before this trial; 4. No history of digestive system, nervous system, immune system, endocrine system, cardiovascular system, urinary system, respiratory system, musculoskeletal system and other vital organs and systems, no history of mental illness and familial history of hereditary diseases; 5. Agreed to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with HDV or HIV infection; 2. Are receiving other drugs that may affect the pharmacokinetics or pharmacodynamics of interferon; 3. Combined with drug-induced liver injury or autoimmune liver disease; 4. Diagnosis of suspected cirrhosis by abdominal B ultrasound or other imaging or histological examination; 5. Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) medical history, or there may be risk of hepatocellular carcinoma was found; 6. Other cases that the Researchers believe it is unsuitable for the project.
