Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. standards of healthy control subjects: (1) healthy people,without Cardiovascular System diseases and other renal or hepatic system diseases; (2) sbjects are aged 60+/-20, who volunteer to participate in this study; (3) written informed consent was obtained from all subjects. 2. standards of coronary atherosclerosis patients: (1) August 2013 to September 2013, coronary atherosclerosis patients in nanfang hospital, who were diagnosed with coronary atherosclerosis patient according to The People's Republic of China health departmentd diagnostic criteria of Coronary Atherosclerosis; (2) subjects are aged 60+/-20, Gender Not Required; (3) drugs are forbidden 24 hours before test; (4) written informed consent was obtained from all subjects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Female patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. patients with disease including Hepatitis or its virus carriersbile duct occlusion, cholestasis, Hypertension, Pulmonary Heart Disease, caner, Rheumatic Heart disease and other severe diseases; 3. Does not meet the inclusion criteria and case report forms irregularities.
