18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I/II physical status, age 18-65years, height 160-170cm, weight 50-70kg, BMI 18.5-24, undergoing elective great saphenous vein ligation and stripped on lower limb.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: local infection in the patient's caudal region, aspirin ingestion during the previous week, bleeding diathesis, preexisting neuralgic or obvious spinal disease, used to have spinal anesthesia, hypersensitivity to amide local anesthetics, clinically significant peripheral arteriosclerosis, oral administration of contra-ceptives, preexisting motor dysfunction, inability to perform a preoperative straight leg raise, communication disorder or description disorder.
