18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. ASA grading I-III; 3. Patient who will undergo neurological craniotomy; 4. Expected time-frame of surgery>=3.5 h; 5. Volunteered for the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with severe vascular disease; 2. Trauma or infection at the position of arterial puncture; 3. Arterial puncture is found difficult to be performed through ultrasonic testing; 4. Patient with severe cardiac disease or hypertension; 5. Patient who is taking part in other clinical subjects; 6. Patient is not suitable for clinical study according to the researchers.
