Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of prehypertension and hypertension indicated by Seventh Report of the High Blood Pressure (JNC 7)[Chinese Prevention and Cure of Hypertension Guidelines(revised in 2010)]; 2. Male aged between 18 and 65 years; 3. Conform to the clinical research guiding principle of syndrome differentiation in TCM; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension and malignant hypertension; 2. Severe cardiovascular disease,severe respiratory disorders,severe liver and kidney damage and malignancy; 3. Hepatitis, tuberculosis, AIDS; 4. Patients younger than 18 or older than 65; 5. Patients who refuse to join this clinical study.
