Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the patients were diagnosed under the diagnosis guideline of acute ischemic stroke of China; 2. All the cases were proved to be the first time to get ischemic stroke through the Computed Tomography (CT) scan and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of brain; 3. All the cases received intravenous thrombolysis in 6 hours after symptoms appeared.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tumors, myocardial infarction, and serious diseases of liver, lung and kidney; 2. Patients under chemo-radiotherapy or using immunosuppressor; 3. Patients with acute or chronic infection, and patients underwent surgery or wounded recently.
