1:During OLV, FiO2 was increased to 100%. Seven steps were performed in the following sequence with each step lasting 4 minutes: 8 ml/kg, 12 breaths/min, 4 cmH2O (VT, fV and PEEP, respectively

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients scheduled for thoracic surgery; 2. need double lumen tube intubation and one lung ventilation; 3. Aged 18 to 70 years; 4. weight 40~80kg; 5. Baseline ASA score I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. lung function is too low to bear single lung ventilation; 2. contraindication to double lumen tube intubation or difficult airway; 3. unstable hemodynamics preoperative; 4. pregnancy and lactation period; 5. any contraindication to the use of EIT (pacemaker, automatic implantable cardioverter defibrillator, and implantable pumps).
