Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 65 years old, male or female; meet the America rheumatology 1987 criteria for the diagnosis of RA, diagnosed as RA patients; joint function II-III, screening patients in active stage of rheumatoid arthritis; course of disease from 3 months to 2 years; without previous treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in the process of methotrexate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: DMARDs drugs were used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, immunosuppressive agents (such as cyclophosphamide, cyclosporine, azathioprine and so on), Lei Gongteng and other drugs which may effect evaluation, and the withdrawal of less than 4 weeks; chest radiograph revealed abnormalities, such as tuberculosis, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, or have obvious symptoms; ALT, AST exceeds the upper limit of normal 1.5 times, creatinine more than 1.5mg or 135umol/L: WBC less than 4 times 10*9/L, HGB less than 85g/L, PLT less than 100 times 10*9/L; there are serious cardiovascular, kidney and other important organs and blood, endocrine system disease, malignant tumor and history; pregnant, lactating women and the recent plan to conceive of the male or female; immunodeficiency, uncontrolled infection and activities gastrointestinal diseases (such as gastric ulcer) patients; related drugs (including test drug, drug control medicine, excipients and NSAIDs) allergic history;drinking history; psychiatric patients; recently vaccinated with live vaccine.
