Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lower extremity fracture occered within 2 weeks and received operation; 2. All adult men and women are 18 years old and older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Psychological disease that may cause bad compliance; 2. Other conditions that investigators consider patient is not suitable for the trial.
