18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–80 years; 2. Histologically or cytologically confirmed NSCLC; 3. Patients who have received EGFR-TKI therapy for the first time; 4. EGFR mutation status was detected by ARMS in these patients before taking EGFR-TKI therapy; 5. The curative effect of EGFR-TKI therapy was determined by RECIST evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to comply with study and/or follow-up procedures; 2. Ratio of the tumor tissue in paraffin embedding tissue is less than 80%;the concentration of the tissue DNA is less than 0.5ng/ul; 3. Incomplete patient information.
